Powerfully this week we have Samhain and Saturn Stationing Direct. The moon is also moving through its waning phase after the Lunar Eclipse, which hopefully we are well recovered from.
Starting with Saturn which will be moving direct on November 4th. Saturn has been playing out Karma and correcting the wrongs since June 17th.
Depending on where Pisces is in your chart you most likely have been experiencing the slow burn of the planet of Karma shifting about this area of your life.
While retrograde is an important time of reflection the after math is also equally important.
Saturn retrograde has stepped into boundary setting, unblocking our creativity, stepping up and taking responsibility, and even establishing the deeply needed structure we need.
So after the retrograde ends, many will end back doing the same things that got us in those positions to begin with. This will bring back similar lessons to play out in June of 2024 when Saturn moves retrograde again.
Does that mean the next retrograde won’t pack more powerful lessons?
No. I truly believe that we are shown what we are ready to mend. The Universe will push the issue until we move forward and adjust what’s needed.
As this retrograde soon will come to an end jot down the house that Pisces is in and what area of life this is for you. How have you been affected so far? How can you continue shifting this area of your life for the next 2 years?
Samhain: What Is It?
Samhain takes place on October 31st, it’s known as the Witches New Year.
One of the things you’ve probably heard of before is that Halloween is the time when the veil between our world and the spirit world is thin. This gives us the opportunity to easily be able to communicate with spirits and our past loved ones.
We see this in the Mexican holiday Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) which is celebrated on November 1st. Those who celebrate set up an ofrenda, an altar, with pictures of their past loved ones, beautiful colors, and foods as an offer to their departed loves.
Samhain and Dia De Los Muertos both are a time of celebrating the dead and the year of your harvest and abundance.
The time when the earth (northern hemisphere) will go through its own death and rebirth.
Think of this similar to a waning moon where you begin to clear away to make space for the seeds you intend to plant.
Because the veil is thin, your magic is enhanced and extremely strong on this day.
Ways for you to celebrate
Connecting with your ancestors. You can do this through journaling, meditation, setting up your ofrenda/altar
Receive guidance from your spirit guides through divination like tarot for what to expect and do for the next year.
Since this is a reflection of death/rebirth healing any shadows or aspects that have caused you pain this last year. What has held you back this year and how can you heal it for the new year?
Celebrate with a bonfire, write down some manifestations on a bay leaf, and throw it into the fire for what you desire for the next year.
Celebrate with your Coven over some warm food for the fall season and do any of the above all together.
